Refund Policy

Any transaction carried out at any retail outlet of the Oriel Money through the credit card which gets failed, the credit back to the customer will be by the end of next day of the transaction i.e T+1 basis through the OTP system wherein the OTP will be issued to the customer, who may get refund after sharing the OTP with the merchant where the transaction has taken place.
Similarly, where the transaction has deemed to be failed, the refund will be provided after 7 days of the transaction but not later than 10 days of the transaction has taken place under the same procedure as that in the case of failed transactions- the OTP will be issued to the customer, who may get refund after sharing the OTP with the merchant where the transaction has taken place.
In case of any fraud taken place through the system of Oriel Money, on receipt of such complaint, the same will be forwarded to the concerned Bank through our payment gateway partner and the same will be refunded only in such a case where the refund is received by the Company and the time period will be depending upon the PG partner and all the banks/merchants involved in the process.
In such an eventuality, the same OTP system will be applicable i.e. the OTP will be issued to the customer, who may get refund after sharing the OTP with the merchant where the transaction has taken place.
